Part two of Event Spam is waaaaay overdue but I’d be crazy not to share some of the hottest event’s happening in London this summer, especially when staying in-doors and binging Netflix is almost impossible with this weather (Although erm, where’s the sun at today plz?!) There are a few free gems out there – definitely keep an eye out for the street festivals and pop up events as they are eeeverrrywhere and often the cheapest way to do summer.

Regent Street shuts down to traffic from Sunday 15th July-22nd July to host a festival of pop up food and drink, quirky demonstrations and activities and live entertainment. Want more?

> Get creative with a family-friendly colouring in wall sponsored by the Royal Academy
> Get involved in the exercise classes hosted by lululemo
> Take part in an hourly flower workshop hosted by Anthropologie
> Hollister will be transporting guests to the beach, relax on a pool float, take a hit on the piñata or get your hair braided- count me in.

What?
An outdoor cinema that rocks the boat. Cruise along the Thames and then kick back on the top deck for a cheeky movie. Line up includes the classics but also some newbies like the Greatest Showman (yes plz) Running Tuesday-Saturday right through to September so pleeeenty of time to get involved.

Festibowl is London’s original Lawn Bowls pop up festival. Maybe not everyone’s cup of tea but ideal for groups looking to do something different. Plus for anyone that doesn’t fancy a game of Bowls, feast on street food.

For any 90’s fan girl, I’m not sure this one needs an explanation! A little different to the summer vibes above but worth it to eye up the iconic stage costumes and take a walk through of thousands of memorabilia. VIP launch party opening on the 27th July to share the red carpet with the biggest celebrities… might even spot Posh Spice.
