9 PHOTOS TO GET YOU BOOKING A FLIGHT TO CROATIA

It has been three years and I still think about my time in Croatia almost weekly – especially days like today. It’s the 3pm slump in the office, I am drained and tired. It’s meant to be spring and with the exception of an hour’s sun today, March so far has been crazy miserable (WHY YOU STILL SNOWING HUN?) I am on a budget that basically means if I spend even a £1 on something I don’t need, I’m basically sipping tinned soup for the month and drinking tap water and calling it gin. I need a holiday. A very long one. One where maybe I don’t need to return to work and I’ve won the lottery.

I think that’s called a dream… *groan*

Anywaaaay, in a bid to not think about real life this afternoon, I’ve put together 9 photos that will get you booking a flight to Croatia this year. I’ve written so many posts about why Croatia is my favourite place and you can find a couple of those here and here… I’ll start by saying that photo’s do not do it justice – I was left speechless in every place we visited and if it isn’t in your places to visit; then it should be.

I appreciate that most of these are coastal images which are the most amazing coasts I’ve ever seen so sozzz. There is more to Croatia than the sea; I could have included 100’s of images to show you the history and capture how diverse each city/island is but we’d be here all day. All the more reason to visit it for yourself.
