Happy Tuesday Friends.

Here is when we chat, like proper friends. I have only been fully blogging for three months now and already I am picturing the directions I’d like thehouseonthegreen to head. I read so many bloggers daily and subconsciously take note of every little thing they are doing right and wrong. This isn’t about becoming like everybody else, but it’s about growing into the world that is blogging and more than that, growing into myself. I’ve spent the last couple of days thinking about what I really want from this, what I want to write about and share with the world. I’ve been thinking about who I want to be. I want to be completely myself whilst taking tips from everyone else I look up to. And so, the revamp begins. Now that I have a snazzy camera, I hope to learn the tricks of the trade and create photos worthy of instagram. I hope to begin vlogging as my summer unfolds. I hope to share more of my thoughts, because that’s how it all began. I want us to be friends, so you might as well know who I’m crushing on or what I really think about Zayn leaving 1D (and hopefully some more serious topics, but I’m not always so serious). I don’t know what will come of this, but I am enjoying baking cakes and sharing my buys each week. I’m enjoying reading up on everyones monthly favourites and beauty reviews. I’m enjoying being able to do what I want and what I love when I get a minute. When real life work has been so horrid that all I need is a night in with a cuppa and my laptop. I’m ready to evolve, and ready to continue evolving. We’ll see. It’s exciting though isn’t it? All this change?

until next time,

lovelove, R.
