Evening, food friends!
Today, I took my big ball of cookie dough from the fridge where I’d left it to chill overnight. After keeping it at room temperature for an hour, I then made these:
I would have posted a step to step recipe and photos that do them justice (because when hot and gooey from the oven, they were so good, and they really weren’t at all golden/burnt as the photo depicts) but I had my mum and my sister nagging me for cookies and a cup of tea, so I rushed it all. Not my best baking advice, I have to admit.
In all seriousness, I found the recipe at:

I’d seen cookies made by Zoella a couple of days ago and so decided to scrap the cranberries and go for milk and white chocolate chunks and also doubled the size of the cookies, which actually went down so well and didn’t really make too much difference to the recipe. Sally’s Addiction has some beauts on there and her recipes are also really particular and detailed which as an amateur I always find handy.
Cookies are not the prettiest of treats, not these beasts anyway, but I can assure you, they were worth the wait!

These sound and look like heaven! Thanks!

No problem, you should definitely give them a go! The melted Galaxy chunks were soooo good, may have eaten a whole bar before hand too..

I’m afraid of doing just the same… with all of the galaxy chunks….
