I am so in love with my days off because of lunches like these. Surprisingly good and full of so many nutrients. I’m finding it difficult to have two shots of chia seeds a day but when mixed with soups it’s an easy way to get it all in one.
As good as all this is though, I am craving a good bake soon and I don’t intend on it being too healthy – soz. Jamie Oliver’s Molten Cheesecake, here I comeeee.
