evening friends! Now that Christmas feels like a distant memory and we have a whole 11 months and 12 days until the next one, I can now carry on doing what I do best – spending money. With travelling soon looming, I have decided to be behaved and get saving fo’ real. I’d also quite like to start my driving – little ambitious of me, I know. But regardless, in the last couple of weeks I have made a couple of beaut buys and now that I’ve gotten over the guilt of my December bank balance, I’ve decided to share (better late than never, ay?!)
1. RIVER ISLAND BAG – I am in love. River Island is probably one of my faaavs on the high street for bags and accessories. This one does the job for a day bag, and is also big enough for an overnight which is always handy. This buy wasn’t cheap but wasn’t extortionate either so I don’t feel too bad, plus, I absolutely love the removable saddle strap and saddles are bang on trend for SS15 so that’s an extra win.
2. CAMILLE BEDSIDE TABLE – Anyone who knows me, knows that I am Dunelm obsessed. I took a trip last week to grab a bigger version of my bedside tables to find a home for my laptop and apple tv. Not too sure how I can justify this purchase other than by saying that my laptop no longer lives on the floor. I need to officially stop spending money on furniture…. from… now.
3. SIMPLE CLEANSER – My last best buy of last week is pretty simple (excuse the pun). Simple face products are my babies and I’ve gone a good couple of months without any. I immediately notice the difference when I properly exfoliate and cleanse my face daily so I deffo recommend and I’m glad to have a bottle back in my life.
I’ve already been on amazon today (literally, help me) so stay posted on Sunday to find out my best buys for this week! – it’s a good’un.
