Brunch today – cheese, tomato and sweet corn omelette with smoked salmon and banana, mango and orange smoothie.
This year, one of my nye resolutions is to eat more breakfast. When at work all day, I don’t often get the chance to eat which means that on my days off, I’m not hungry enough for a full breakfast. Having omelettes for brekkie packs you with protein, provides us with super nutrients like choline and is a great weight watcher as it keeps up fuller for longer. They also taste good with a lot of foods, I.e egg with smoked salmon – to die for.
I love juicing and making smoothies with my Breville blender and they are decent way to use up all your fruits. Definitely worth a buy.
